We are thrilled to be supporting our client in their search for a Sales Negotiator / Customer Service Executive as they continue to expand their dynamic and successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about property and delivering exceptional customer service.

Hours
8.30 am – 5 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends
Responsibilities
 * Welcoming prospective buyers and guiding them through the show home experience
 * Providing detailed information on the development and answering queries
 * Communicating the brand values and ethos of the company to customers
 * Supporting the sales process including negotiation of offers
 * Liaising with potential buyers and managing appointment bookings
 * Handling administrative tasks relating to appointments and offers
 * Supporting the Senior Negotiator with their day-to-day workload
Qualifications
 * Previous experience in property sales, lettings, or customer service
 * Passion for providing outstanding customer care
 * A strong team player with a can-do attitude
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Able to work weekends as part of the working pattern
 * Organised and able to manage a varied workload
