£24,832.68 per annum (rising to £26,139.69 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

The role of an Employee Compliance Administrator
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Compliance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver an effective compliance administrative service that supports both customer and organisational needs. You’ll be responsible for maintaining efficient processes, providing clear guidance to managers and colleagues, and supporting stakeholder relationships to ensure high standards of customer care. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administration and customer service, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. A good understanding of written and spoken English, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) are essential.
