We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join an established team as a Trainee Assembly Technician who will support in the thorough testing and inspecting to evaluate the quality and performance of products and equipment.
Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage but training will be provided. As a minimum, you will need to have an interest in electronics or have technical experience/hobbies.
Responsibilities:
* Test & repair PCBs
* Test & repair final units
* Testing sub-assemblies
* Programming of PCBs
* Programming of final units
Person spec:
* Must be computer literate, you will be using custom software along with MS Office and Adobe.
* Previous experience within electronics would be an advantage.
* Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions
* Technical awareness
* Reporting and communication skills
This is a temporary full-time role and the hours are Monday to Thursday 08.00-16.45 & Friday 08.00 to 12.30. This role requires an immediate start.
