Role Summary
The Commercial and Business Development Assistant will play a key role in supporting our Business Development and Commercial team across sports and entertainment. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a entrepreneurial, dynamic, fast-paced and high growth environment, helping to identify new business opportunities, support partnership development, and contribute to commercial growth across multiple sectors, globally.
Working alongside senior members of the Commercial and Sponsorship teams, the role will focus on research, lead generation, proposal support, and day-to-day admin and coordination of business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential clients, partners, and sponsorship opportunities across sports, entertainment, and live events.
* Analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to support commercial strategy.
* Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
* Help create and prepare presentations, pitch materials, and proposals for new business opportunities.
* Support tracking of sales activity, updating CRM systems, and ensuring accurate reporting across commercial projects.
* Work closely with the wider Commercial, Marketing, and Strategy teams to support partnership initiatives and campaign delivery.
* Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team, including meeting coordination and documentation.
* Assist Chief Growth Officer on day-to-day tasks.
