My client, a leading ERP solutions provider in the packaging sector, is looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager to spearhead growth across the corrugated box and folding carton manufacturing space.
You’ll be a key player in building the strategy, identifying new business opportunities, showcasing tailored ERP solutions, and closing high-impact deals. This is a consultative role ideal for someone with deep B2B ERP sales experience and strong industry insight. After a successful 12 months, you'll be promoted to recruit and lead a team of 6 (likely to be across UK, EMEA & MENA).
🔍 What you’ll do in the first year (then lead):
* Identify & nurture new business 🎯
* Run discovery sessions & craft compelling solution demos 🧩
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineers, marketing & services teams 🤝
* Lead the full sales cycle—from pitch to close 🔒
