* Work closely with operations/service delivery to ensure client expectations are met

We are looking for a Sales Manager with the following skills and experience:
* Proven track record in B2B sales is essential within cleaning or facilities management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to win and manage large, long-term contracts
* Experience in managing a team with measurable success
* Commercially astute with strong financial decisions
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient individual
In return, the successful Sales Manager will receive a salary of £50,000 - £55,000, plus benefits including:
