Sales Support Executive - Asset Finance Hertfordshire (Hybrid) £30,000 - £38,000 Basic plus Bonus and excellent Benefits James George Recruitment have partnered with a leading Asset Finance House in their search for an experienced Sales Support Executive to join their team in Hertfordshire on a Hybrid basis. Your role will be to provide first line internal sales support to their Hard Asset sales channels, supporting the sales process from application to payout preparation. You will also assist the front-line sales team in meeting and achieving new business volume targets. Essentially, your role will be to ensure that all transactions are processed up to payouts in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities will include: Support the sales process from application to activation preparation to meet and achieve new business targets whilst managing internal and external stakeholder expectations. The prime source of information and support of sales queries such as quotes, credit applications, credit approvals, letters of offer, documentation, and activation. Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, internal and external, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests. Prepare customer contracts and corresponding documents and communicate and liaise with all parties Co-ordinate preparation of Credit approval conditions for activation. Proactively liaise with customers and Account Managers regarding pending deals, communicating closely with other teams, when required. Effectively communicate and collaborate as a team. Proactively undertake cross-training with other team members, monitor workload and turnaround times, and maintain constant communication with Sales Support Team Leader to enable effective management of workflow and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Your background: Prior experience gained in the Leasing/Asset Finance industry Confident telephone communication Experience delivering exceptional customer service. Shows initiative with energy and enthusiasm. High level of honesty and integrity. Ability to review and analyse information, ensuring accuracy of documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory procedures. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
