We are working with a fast-paced and creative digital agency in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Social Media Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a social-first marketer who enjoys working across multiple brands and thrives in a busy agency environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging content, managing campaigns, and driving performance across both organic and paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple client accounts
2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
3. Plan and deliver both organic and paid social campaigns
4. Monitor performance and produce insights-driven reports
5. Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices
6. Work closely with creative and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns
About You
7. Previous experience in a social media role (agency experience preferred)
8. Strong understanding of content creation and social strategy
9. Confident using key platforms including Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn
10. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
11. Creative eye with strong attention to detail
12. Data-driven with a good understanding of analytics and performance metrics
