Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and caring Housekeeper & Child Care Provider to support a busy household and provide occasional care for a 10-year-old boy with Autism and ADHD.
The role is split between general housekeeping responsibilities and childcare support, primarily during times when his father is working.

Housekeeping Responsibilities
•General household cleaning and tidying
•Laundry, ironing, and changing bed linen
•Keeping the kitchen and fridge clean, organised, and ensuring food remains fresh
•Some essential grocery shopping
•Wide-ranging housekeeping support, including:
•Occasional collection of dry cleaning
•Occasional cooking or meal preparation

Child Care Responsibilities
•Caring for Blake, a 10-year-old autistic boy with ADHD
•Blake attends a specialist school and after-school club
•He lives with his father 50% of the time (typically Wednesdays and Thursdays)
•Morning routine support may be required (school taxi collects at approx. 7:30am from home)
•Flexibility to:
•Collect Blake from his after-school club
•Provide care from club pick-up through to bedtime when his father is working late
•Offer occasional overnight care when his father is away for work
•Supporting Blake with activities, routines, and outings
•Ability to take Blake on trips and activities, potentially alongside your own children (where appropriate)

Essential Requirements
•Full UK driving licence and access to a car
•Autism and ADHD awareness (formal qualifications preferred but not essential)
•Care or childcare experience, ideally with neurodivergent children
•Physically fit and able to keep up with an active 10-year-old
•Calm, patient, and confident managing behaviour associated with ASD/ADHD
•Trustworthy, organised, and able to work independently
•Flexible and dependable approach to working hours
