Estates / Facilities Management Director - Landmark Mixed-Use Estate – West Midlands
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Estates / Facilities Management Director to lead operations at one of the UK’s most prominent mixed-use destinations, based in the West Midlands.
The estate is comprised of a mix of commercial offices, leisure, retail, hospitality and cultural attractions. It supports a diverse occupier base and a large daily working population.
This role will have overall responsibility for the operational, financial and reputational performance of the estate, leading a 70+ strong on-site team delivering 24/7 facilities management services, including cleaning and security.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence over strategy, transformation and long-term performance.
Lead all hard and soft FM services through in-house teams and supply chain partners
Deliver FM strategy aligned with wider asset and investment objectives
Ensure full statutory, regulatory and H&S compliance across the estate
Manage multi-million-pound FM budgets and service charge contributions
Oversee procurement, contract performance and continuous improvement
Act as senior point of contact for occupiers and key stakeholders, including local authorities
Drive service excellence, digital transformation and operational innovation
You will be a senior FM or estate management professional with experience of running large, complex, high-profile, predominantly commercial environments. You will bring strong leadership, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead sizeable teams and drive operational excellence.
