Teachers’ Pay Scale plus SEN TLR of £3,371 (pro rata, £2,022.60)

Requirements
* Have qualifications and experience of teaching in the primary phase
* Knowledge and experience of working with SEN and vulnerable pupils.
* Leadership in the field of SEN / Inclusion (desirable but not essential)
* Are keen to work in a fun, friendly school with a family feel
* Make learning exciting and motivating
* Work well in a team, which shares the responsibilities of planning to ease workload
* Are able to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role
* Have a can‑do attitude to overcoming obstacles
