Its 1 year FTC Key areas of responsibility: Creating a social media platform strategy with clear content pillars to change perceptions of the TalkTalk brand, drive engagement and build positive relationships with consumers and prospects Create and own a proactive social media content calendar across all platforms including TikTok, X, Meta and LinkedIn Oversee the creation of socially native content by the Social media & content manager to drive reach and engagement organically, without the need for big media or production budgets Take opportunities to jump on the latest social media trends to drive engagement with the brand Oversee the development of content to engage our corporate audience on LinkedIn Develop a community management strategy and oversee implementation to drive positive engagements both within and outside our own social channels, bringing our brand personality and tone of voice to life Leadership – Motivate, inspire and energise the Social Media & Content Manager to develop social communications that will disrupt, cut through and drive consideration for TalkTalk Must have A social media expert with experience in a social media role, abreast of the latest social media trends A self-starter, able to run our social media function A team player – able to work collaboratively with the brand team, PR team and our social media operations/customer care team A leader, able to define our social media strategy and motivate and inspire our social media manager Be Yourself.
