Monday to Friday | 8:00am 4:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Joiner to join a busy Property Maintenance / Capital Works team delivering repairs, refurbishments, and new works across housing stock, schools, and public buildings.
The Role
* Carry out general joinery repairs and maintenance of domestic dwellings
* Install new doors, windows, staircases, and fitted furniture as required
* Work to NHF Schedule of Rates or similar, updating progress on a PDA or hand-held device
* Work effectively within a multi-disciplined team
* Complete job paperwork accurately and maintain records of materials used
* Support apprentices or trainees when required
* Liaise with customers, ensuring a professional and friendly service

* Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices
* Use PPE appropriately and report hazards or incidents
* Work with digital systems and new technology
* Handle confidential information responsibly
