Purpose of Role
Vinci Facilities is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team delivering services on the Shell Retail Account. This is a mobile role covering multiple Shell forecourt locations within a defined patch between Northampton and Cheltenham.
Responsibilities
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on EV charging units across Shell forecourts
* Diagnose and complete reactive electrical repairs efficiently and safely
* Conduct general electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across site assets
* Fault finding and repair of electrical systems and associated equipment
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and industry regulations
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation using internal systems
* Work independently across a multi-site patch, managing workload effectively
* Provide excellent customer service when interacting with site teams and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications / Skills
* Qualified Electrician with City & Guilds (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Experience in electrical maintenance (PPM and reactive)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently across multiple locations
* Experience working with EV charging infrastructure (desirable)
* Previous experience within facilities management or retail environments (desirable)
* Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) (desirable)
