What You'll Be Doing Leading hardware design: digital, analogue, RF, and power electronics Schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and board bring-up Ensuring EMC compliance and supporting product certification Collaborating with production teams and resolving hardware issues Creating documentation to support internal and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience Strong experience in embedded hardware and PCB design Deep understanding of EMC compliance and lab testing (oscilloscopes, probes, etc.) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail Confident communicator with a collaborative approach Desirable Experience Proficiency with Altium Designer Experience with STMicroelectronics, Espressif, or Atmega microcontrollers Background in IoT or mains-powered smart product development Familiarity with EV charging standards (Open EVSE, RAPI) EMC by design and antenna tuning Experience working in Agile environments Why Join?
