The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, structuring, and underwriting W&I policies on a broad range of cross-border transactions. You will underwrite W&I insurance policies for complex, high-value transactions, reviewing transaction documents, diligence reports, and deal structures to identify and assess risk. The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified lawyer with 3-6 years' PQE gained at a recognised international or City firm. You will bring strong private M&A experience with a proven track record of leading deals and managing projects.
