Are you a driven Valuation Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading independent property consultancy to recruit a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor (RICS Registered Valuer) to join their thriving valuation team in the South West.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax, accounts, and strategic advice.
* Value a wide range of assets including commercial properties, development land, and specialist sectors.
* Collaborate with investment, agency, and development teams to provide seamless client service.
* Contribute to business development and help grow the valuation offering.
✅ What We're Looking For:
* MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
* Solid experience in Red Book valuations, ideally across commercial sectors.
* A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.
* Comfortable using MS Office and ideally ARGUS software.
* Full UK driving licence.
