Working as part of a closely-knit HR team, and reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide high quality HR advice to the Senior Management Team and managers across the business and support in the delivery of strategic people initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide a full generalist HR and People Support Service to specific business areas. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and the wider People team to deliver proactive, commercial and value adding People support to the organisation, driving engagement and motivation to improve performance and grow talent across the business. Advise line managers on all employee relations including absence, performance and discipline & grievances Support management with PIPs to drive a high performing culture Work with the wider HR team to support with more ad hoc HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, team restructures etc Update the HRIS and analyse HR data to allow more informed decisions to be made Be first point of contact for all HR related queries within your region, providing proactive, effective and legally compliant guidance to people managers.
