POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for an ambitious Retail & Etail Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work with the Global Head of Retail to help drive the business across our portfolio of retailer and etailer accounts. The key objective of this role is to deliver financial results, maintain a strong brand position and deliver the dynamic growth trajectory projected for this exciting channel across our luxury market leading results driven portfolio.

You'll have a commercial mindset with a natural ability to leverage marketing activations to achieve ambitious targets. You'll be organised, numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy and passionate about working in the beauty and wellness industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working cross functionally with the existing teams to achieve key business objectives
* Develop key business relationships with stakeholders across your designated accounts
* Conducting financial analysis and support the Retail strategy to drive sales
* Be a brand advocate and positively promote the business at all opportunities
* Collaborating with the Marketing and Brand team to ensure relevant promotional initiatives are being communicated to partners
* Develop and maintain relationships with your retail and etail accounts
* Implement customer business plans and annual joint business plans to achieve agreed objectives and targets (coordinating GWPS, sampling, NPD launches etc)
* Implement and create new product listings
* Tracking Annual budgets on a monthly basis and report to Global Head of Retail
* Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and develop insights to drive growth.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client management
IDEAL CANDIDATE & EXPERIENCE
* Excel knowledge essential
* Beauty or wellness industry experience
* Previous experience managing accounts
* Marketing planning experience
* Effective communication and people skills
* Collaborative mindset and the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Exceptional accuracy and numeracy skills
* Keen attention to detail.
* Proactive and takes initiative
* Tenacious with can do attitude
* Minimum 3 years of experience
