Job Description
I am looking for an Electrician to work for a social housing contractor in Guildford and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting 3 EICRs per day and working within occupied domestic properties.
The Electrician will receive:
* £80 per test with increased rate if remedial works are needed
* Full time employment
* Opportunity to conduct multiple tests per day
The Electrician will have:
* Their own van
* Full UK drivers license
* Electrical qualifications - NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition and 2391
* Experience working within domestic properties
* Experience working within occupied properties
The Electrician will be responsible for:
* Conducting EICRs within domestic properties
* Travelling to jobs
* Managing their time
* Communicating with tenants
