Operating across the UK, they design and build bespoke refrigeration systems and components, offering end-to-end solutions from concept through to installation. With a strong reputation for technical precision and reliability, they are looking for a Refrigeration Engineer to add to their team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing company.
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on servicing, fault-finding and repairing a range of refrigeration systems while delivering a high standard of customer service.Benefits for a Refrigeration Engineer :23 days annual leave + bank holidays (increases by one day per year served up to 25 days)Paid door to doorOvertime opportunities paid at time and a halfCompany van which can be kept at home with fuel cardCompany performance-based bonus scheme assessed annuallyChristmas party/social eventsOngoing training and developmentKey Responsibilities for a Refrigeration Engineer:Diagnose, fault-find and repair refrigeration systems and associated electrical equipmentCarry out planned preventative maintenance in line with service schedulesTroubleshoot electrical faults including control circuits, sensors and wiring systemsRead and interpret electrical schematics and system diagramsComplete accurate electronic job sheets and service reportsLiaise with internal teams to support quotations and remedial worksAdvise customers on system operation and identify opportunities for improvementSupport with technical queries and provide fault-finding guidance internallyParticipate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (1-in-6)Ensure all work is completed in line with F-Gas regulations and Health & Safety proceduresKey skills for a Refrigeration Engineer :F-Gas qualifiedFull UK driving licensePrevious experience within refrigeration service and breakdown engineeringStrong refrigeration fault-finding and maintenance experienceGood practical knowledge of electrical systems and controlsAbility to diagnose faults across control panels, wiring, sensors and interfacesConfident reading electrical schematics and technical drawingsExperience working with three-phase systems and low-voltage controlsIf you're a driven Refrigeration Engineer looking for your next challenge, Id love to hear from you, apply here.TPBN1_UKTJ
