CareTech have a new purpose-built independent living service located in Margate who are looking for staff to join our committed and experienced team!
Turner Lodge consists of twelve individual flats for adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health. Many of the tenants will have progressed through a care pathway towards living independently.
Not only is it a wonderful home for the service users, staff facilities are made to high standard ensuring a warming, fun and happy environment to work in.
Main bus route directly outside the service, 5 minutes into Margate town centre and 5 minutes into Westwood cross shopping centre.

In this role you will participate in the day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
Supporting Service Users with preparation of their meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events.
