We provide accommodation and catering within our halls of residence and within our various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors. We require a Sous Chef to work in our campus kitchens providing a catering service for students and visitors. Within this position you will be responsible for the supervision, preparation and service of meals and will assist the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience of catering for large numbers, managing staff and possess excellent customer service and team working skills.
