everywhere abrasion, erosion or impact causes serious cost from wear. They also refurbish worn industrial components (e.g. crusher rolls, conveyor parts, fan impellers) to extend life rather than replace.As Business Development Manager, you will:Identify and win new business in industrial sectors like steel, cement, and mining.Promote and sell their hard-faced plates, fabrications, refurbishment services, and wear-resistant components.Prepare technically aware proposals and quotations
working with engineering and production.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Build and grow relationships with both new and existing customers globally.Work with internal teams (engineering, production, refurbishment) to ensure seamless delivery and installation.Were Looking ForProven track record in B2B business development / sales in heavy industry, manufacturing, or wear-resistant materials.Technical commercial awareness
