Your Role as an RVN
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you'll play a vital part in both first opinion and referral care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with surgical and medical procedures
* Providing inpatient care and monitoring
* Supporting advanced diagnostic imaging and rehabilitation
* Conducting nurse consults and client education
* Collaborating with veterinary surgeons and fellow nurses to deliver tailored care
* Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring clinical standards are met
This is a varied and rewarding role offering exposure to a broad and interesting caseload. You’ll have the chance to develop expertise in areas of special interest and work closely with dedicated referral and emergency teams.

Working Hours & Rota
* 4-day week (40 hours), 10-hour shifts: 7.30am–6.30pm, 8.00am–7.00pm, or 8.30am–7.30pm
* 1-hour uninterrupted lunch break
* Equal rota share for daytime inpatient care and emergency assistance over weekends and bank holidays
* 2 days off in lieu for weekends worked
* No out-of-hours responsibilities except rare backup support for the dedicated emergency team
About You
* RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with a full driving licence

Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary: £26,000 to £33,000 per annum, based on experience
