Cut My is a fast-growing manufacturing business based in Small Dole, West Sussex.
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Paid Social Manager to take full ownership of our paid social advertising, from strategy and campaign execution through to creative and reporting.
The Paid Social Manager is responsible for planning, building, and optimising paid social campaigns end-to-end. You'll own channel performance across Meta Ads and TikTok, lead creative production (whether briefing externally, AI-assisted, or self-produced), and deliver clear performance reporting to the Head of Marketing.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role. We're building from scratch and want someone who can hit the ground running, grow the channel, and take genuine commercial ownership of it.
Key responsibilities
1. Paid Social Management
* Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads
* Own budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structure
* Test and iterate on campaign variables to improve performance over time
* Understand the commercial relationship between budget, CPM, and ROAS — knowing when a 2x at scale can outperform a 4x on a restricted budget
* Build the paid social function from the ground up with a self‑starter mentality
* Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social channels
2. Creative
* Take full ownership of the creative process — briefing externally, using AI tools, or producing assets independently
* Creative support can be shaped around your skill set: whether you self‑produce, brief freelancers, or source UGC, what matters is that great creative gets made
* Leverage AI creative tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to scale output efficiently - we believe AI makes creative more scalable than ever
* Develop and test creative formats including static, video, and UGC‑style content
* Maintain a structured testing framework to drive continuous creative improvement
3. Reporting & Analysis
* Build and own performance reporting across all paid social channels
* Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders
* Contribute to broader marketing efficiency reporting including MER and blended ROAS
4. General Marketing Support
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns and product launches
* Feed creative and audience learnings back into broader marketing activity
* Support with additional paid media tasks as the role evolves
Person specification
Experience - Essential
* Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with direct budget responsibility
* Experience producing or sourcing social creative independently
* Experience running TikTok Ads campaigns
* Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Firefly, CapCut, Midjourney)
* Experience with paid social performance reporting
* Experience building a paid social channel or function from early stage
* Understanding of paid social fundamentals: CPMs, CTRs, frequency, attribution, and ROAS
* Ability to manage budgets and be accountable for channel performance
* Competent in Meta Ads Manager
* Understanding of broader marketing efficiency metrics (MER, blended ROAS)
* Awareness of TikTok Ads Manager
* Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
