As the Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* First point of contact for customers via phone and email
* Processing orders, up-selling additional products where appropriate

* Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers
The successful Dutch Customer Service Advisor will have the following related skills / experience:
