About the Role:
You will deliver personalised lessons and life skills education for students with autism, supporting their learning, communication, and independence. Working in a nurturing environment, you will help students develop confidence, resilience, and practical skills while collaborating closely with a committed, specialist team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons for students with autism.
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Promote independence, resilience, and confidence.
Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to provide consistent support.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching students with SEN or autism.
Passionate about inclusive education and nurturing individual potential.
Patient, adaptable, and committed to high-quality care and learning.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a specialist, values-driven environment.
