About the role

You will be working on phase 2 of the project "Implementing agile working in practice for the NHS" under the supervision of Dr Emma Russell, Director of agiLab. This will involve undertaking consultation with key stakeholders in the NHS to check the sense and viability of the report findings from phase 1, analysing feedback, and producing a final report.

You will also be expected to take part in aspects of study design, and arranging events for capturing feedback.

About you

This role is for a doctoral level student. You must hold a MSc in Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and have been actively involved in academic research into digital, flexible working at a doctoral level. A good track record of research publications and presentations in this area is highly desired. You must have direct experience of effectively working with, and supporting, the NHS in its 'we work flexibly' flexible working initiative.

You must be highly familiar with the work of agiLab, and phase 1 of this project. You will be working within the ESRC-funded centre for Digital Futures at Work (Digit); experience of working with the Digit team would be an advantage. Strong project management skills and information technology skills are essential. Experience of website design and management is highly desirable. You must have strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.

You must work well under supervision and have a proven track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
