We’re working with a well-established and growing Managed Service Provider delivering IT support, cloud solutions, and cyber security services to a diverse client base across the UK. Known for their customer-first approach and technical expertise, they are expanding their commercial team.
The Role: Account Manager – MSP
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while identifying new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT and cloud services
Act as the main point of contact for client accounts
Deliver regular account reviews and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Proven experience in account management within an MSP or IT services environment
Strong commercial awareness and sales ability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
