Job Title: Temporary Machine Operators
Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £12.22 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts – 3 days on, 3 days off, then 3 nights on, 3 nights off
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Description:
We are currently seeking Temporary Machine Operators to join our team in Banbury. This is a hands-on, physical role in a noisy and warm manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for operating machinery and handling materials to ensure smooth production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating and monitoring machinery
* Loading and measuring materials
* Trimming edges and labelling finished products
* Using tools to unscrew templates and placing them onto pallets
* Quality check and reporting any issues.
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role
* Comfortable working in a noisy environment (PPE, including ear defenders, will be provided)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Previous experience in a machine operating or manufacturing role is advantageous but not essential
