Role Summary
Are you ready to make a measurable impact on a fast-growing global brand? We’re looking for an ambitious and strategically minded Media Manager to help shape and execute breakthrough media campaigns across EMEA for two of the world’s most recognizable tech brands.
In this role, you'll work closely with a Senior Media Manager to plan and deliver innovative, integrated brand media campaigns, with a specific focus on TV, VOD, CTV, Audio, and Sponsorship. You’ll manage a multi-million-pound budget, partner with leading agencies, and play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, acquiring new customers, and contributing to exponential sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution - Lead the planning and delivery of innovative, integrated media campaigns with a particular focus on TV, VOD, CTV, audio, and sponsorship.
Agency & Budget Management - Partner with media agencies to develop standout campaigns, while managing a significant media budget, ensuring spend is tracked, optimized, and on target.
Media Testing & Innovation - Define and own a forward-thinking media testing roadmap aimed at improving media efficiency by at least 20% year over year.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with creative, analytics, GTM, and senior marketing leaders to align media strategy with business objectives and creative execution.
Insights & Reporting - Deliver clear, actionable campaign insights and performance summaries to marketing teams and senior stakeholders.
Trendspotting & Innovation - Stay ahead of industry, media, and competitor trends, translating these into smart, data-informed acquisition opportunities.
Project & Status Ownership - Maintain oversight of campaign status, innovation plans, and project roadmaps, ensuring clear communication across teams.
About You – Skills & Experience
* Experience in media planning and/or performance marketing in an agency or client-side role.
* Deep understanding of the media ecosystem, particularly TV, VOD, CTV, audio, and sponsorship.
* Proven experience planning and executing successful brand and direct-response campaigns.
* Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to optimize both online and offline strategies.
* Experience with media mix modeling (MMM) or similar techniques to assess performance.
* Curious, testing-focused mindset, excited to experiment and push for incremental growth.
* Confident communicator who can present ideas and results to senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional partners.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects with multiple moving parts.
* Strong relationship-builder with experience managing external agencies and internal creative teams.
