Site Administrator

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and the Purchasing Department, the Site Administrator will manage the purchase and delivery of materials on site, maintain supplier relationships, perform documentary controls of invoices and delivery notes, confirm receipt of purchased materials, review invoices, and handle accounting management.
Responsibilities
* Manage purchase of materials required on site.
* Search and maintain contact with local suppliers.
* Conduct documentary control and registration of invoices and delivery notes.
* Confirm correct reception of purchased materials with warehouse staff.
* Review invoices.
* Handle accounting management and control.
* Assist the warehouse manager with tasks (includes operating a forklift).
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions.
* Experience in construction works preferred.
* Forklift driver licence and experience required.
* Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
* Spanish B2 level is a plus.
* Proficiency with office automation software.
