Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior People Partner with broad generalist experience to join our business at a site level. This role will focus on supporting business leadership and playing a crucial role in driving our people strategy.

* Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop people strategies that support these objectives.
* Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on all aspects of people management, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
* Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and promote best practices.
* Facilitate training and development programmes to build capability and support career progression.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.
* Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
* Lead succession planning and talent management efforts to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.

* Proven and demonstratable experience within OD and senior People Roles.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
