An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Nurse or Nurse(s) to join the amazing Poole Intermediate Care Service. We are a multidisciplinary team who prevent hospital admissions and secure early hospital discharges. We deliver a hospital at home service, caring for patients in the comfort of their own homes.
This is a temporary post to cover maternity leave, with an initial 5‑month contract likely to be extended. It can be a secondment or a fixed‑term contract. If you are interested, please seek further information.
The post will be a great opportunity to develop new skills and experience working in a Hospital at Home Service and may lead to a permanent post in the future. Applications from candidates requiring current Skilled Worker sponsorship are unfortunately ineligible to apply.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service may present a valid DBS certificate instead of a new check.
This is a fixed‑term role. For those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application.
