The role is primarily workshop based, focusing on maintenance, repair and fabrication, with additional duties in yard operations and occasional tractor driving during busy periods. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out maintenance, servicing, and mechanical repairs on agricultural machinery and equipment - Fabricate and modify parts using welding and cutting techniques (MIG/TIG/ARC) - Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems - Perform gas cutting and general metalworking tasks - Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment - Support yard operations and supervise activities when required - Assist with tractor driving and general farm work during peak periods The Company: An established agricultural business offering a diverse and hands on working environment.
