The Opportunity
We are looking for aJunior Data Analystto join our growing team.
This role would suit someone early in their career, perhaps a recent graduate with some practical experience, or someone in their first or second analytical role; who is bright, curious, commercially aware and excited by the opportunity to help shape how data is used within a growing business.
We want someone who is naturally interested innew tools, AI and smarter ways of working. You do not need to be a finished article, but you do need to be keen to learn, keen to contribute, and keen to explore how data and AI can improve performance, insight and decision-making.
What you’ll be doing
You will support Leaders.inc by turning data into useful, actionable insight. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities are likely to include:
* Collecting, organising and maintaining data from different sources
* Producing regular reports, dashboards and performance insights
* Analysing trends across marketing, sales, membership, events and business performance
* Helping identify opportunities for growth
* Supporting better commercial and operational decision‑making across the business
* Working with colleagues to understand business questions and translate them into meaningful analysis
* Improving reporting processes and helping create clearer, more useful management information
* Exploring AI and modern analytical tools that can improve efficiency, speed and quality
* Supporting the business as it expands into new sectors, helping us understand performance, opportunity and growth
What we’re looking for - Essential
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Confident with Excel / spreadsheets
* Good attention to detail and a structured approach to work
* Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
* A curious mindset and a genuine interest in how businesses grow and perform
* Enthusiasm for technology, new tools and AI
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues across the business
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable
* A degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or a related subject
* Experience in a placement, internship or previous analyst role
* Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar reporting tools
* Some knowledge of SQL
* Exposure to CRM, marketing, event or commercial data
* Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis or reporting
