Position Overview
Mattel UK is seeking a Marketing Admin for the UK marketing team. The successful candidate will report to the Brand Manager and collaborate with Digital, Sales, Customer Marketing, and Consumer Product teams to support shared goals and vision.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Marketing team.
* Lead the creation of product line lists twice a year using Microsoft Excel, with regular updates.
* Create quarterly Brand Activation newsletters to showcase marketing highlights for the UK office.
* Assist with raising and managing Purchase Orders and Invoicing in Coupa.
* Manage the product samples ordering process for marketing activations.
* Support Brand Managers with campaign asset and artwork briefings and approvals.
* Develop one-page summaries for media campaigns and upcoming movie slates.
* Support the UK Marketing Team with various administrative tasks as needed.
What We Offer
* The position is hired externally through a third-party agency.
* Work schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH, with early finish on Fridays.
Candidate Requirements
* Valid right to work in the UK.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
* Proactive, initiative-driven, and adaptable to changing situations.
