Are you a commercially driven Sales Manager with a passion for B2B sales, industrial products, and strategic account growth?
A well-established UK manufacturer and distributor of high-quality plastic containers and handling equipment is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead new business development, nurture key client relationships, and drive national sales growth.
This is with a respected industry leader supplying into sectors such as food production, logistics, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting mid-to-large scale industrial clients.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying and converting new opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, and product development) to tailor solutions to client needs.
Represent the business at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events across the UK.
Produce sales forecasts, track performance against KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales
ideally within industrial products, packaging, materials handling, or a similar sector.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
Excellent relationship-building skills and a track record of managing key accounts.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with autonomy.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
