In this exciting role, you will be responsible for: Working on your own geographical patchAssisting with the delivery of housing management servicesAssisting with resolving complex issues such as anti-social behaviourAssisting with project management and environmental improvementsGiving support, guidance, and advice to local neighbourhood residents associationsOur ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and manage a busy workload. You will join us with excellent customer service skills and have the ability to build effective relationships. It is important that you have an understanding of key safeguarding principles, as well as excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.You may already work in a housing role, or you may be working in a role within law enforcement, social services, mental health services, or even the military.
