Your New Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital part in empowering adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. What You'll Need to Succeed:
* No prior experience is required as full training and a buddy system will guide you through induction.

* A friendly, approachable personality that makes communication easy with both individuals and your team
* A full driving licence is essential, as you will be supporting people to access the community and attend appointments.
