National Account Manager (Off Trade)

MacGregor Black, are partnering with a High-Growth, Spirits Producer to find a commercially driven National Account Manager (Off Trade) to join their team. Already making waves in the premium alcohol space, they’re looking for someone with the experience, energy, and entrepreneurial spirit to help them take the next step.
This is a Permanent role with regular time spent at their site in Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will be based in Yorkshire or the North of England.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full P&L ownership for key Off Trade customers, with a focus on the Top 4 grocers
* Build and execute joint business plans to drive growth, visibility, and profitability
* Develop strong relationships with national buyers and external distributor partners
* Analyse performance, spot trends, and identify growth opportunities
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Production teams
* Be a true ambassador for the brand, both internally and externally
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong track record managing Top 4 grocer accounts within the Off Trade channel
* Experience selling premium alcoholic drinks – spirits experience is highly preferred
* Excellent commercial acumen and confident P&L management
* Background in managing or working closely with distributor partners
* Agile, solutions-focused, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
* Located in Yorkshire or the North of England, with willingness to travel
