About the Role
As a People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with Technology and Marketing leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that enable teams to achieve the business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll influence engagement, performance, and development while shaping the culture.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with Senior Leadership for Marketing and Technology to translate business needs into practical, people-focused outcomes, empowering teams to thrive.
* Provide pragmatic, expert HR advice and solutions that are aligned with organisational goals and elevate employee experience
* Lead employee relations matters with fairness and consistency, building trust across the business.
* Drive people initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and performance.
* Harness data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
About You
* Proven experience as a People Business Partner or senior HR generalist.
* Strong employment law knowledge and ability to manage change.
* Skilled in building relationships and influencing at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
* Passionate about enabling people to perform at their best.
* Desired but not essential: experience working within a Tech or Marketing business, or partnering with those client groups.
