Working closely with Project Managers, youll help keep projects running smoothly through strong coordination, client communication, and accurate documentation management, ensuring deadlines, workflows and customer expectations are consistently met. This position suits someone who is organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Documentation & Compliance Assist in preparing RA/MS and O&M manuals Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date Digital Systems & Information Management Upload and manage drawings and documents on client portals (training provided) Maintain version control and distribute updated files correctly Inbox Monitoring Monitor inboxes for assigned Project Managers Flag urgent or time-sensitive communications Escalate early signs of client dissatisfaction to the Sector Director Project Continuity Support Maintain workflow during PM travel or absence Liaise with the Design and Install Manager to coordinate ongoing tasks Criteria: Previous experience in a project support role. Experience in production environments. Commercial awareness - understanding of margins, cost control and project profitability.
