About the role:
As a Domiciliary Support Worker, you will assist with daily tasks such as domestic chores, social support, personal care, medication support, meal prep, and financial management.
You will also facilitate community activities and must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, as many supported individuals lead active lifestyles.
This role involves supporting individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism. You will be required to cover sleep-in shifts, which include an allowance.
The role involves various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. Sleep-in shifts are compensated accordingly.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, and full training will be provided, including shadow shifts with experienced staff.
You must be over 18 years old, and a UK driving license is advantageous. A DBS check for both adult and child cases is required.
