Conveyancing Support Paralegal - Nuneaton (Onsite)

A well‑established law firm in Nuneaton is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Support Paralegal to join its Residential Property team. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail‑focused, and confident supporting a busy conveyancing department from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing quotations and updating clients throughout the transaction
* Preparing contracts, transfers, and completion packs
* Managing case files in line with CQS requirements
* Handling exchanges and setting up completions independently
* Submitting Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions
* Ensuring smooth progression of matters from start to finish

What the Firm Is Looking For
* Minimum 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing as a support paralegal
* Ability to handle exchanges and completions independently
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Confident using MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Experience with digital dictation and a proactive, problem‑solving approach
