The role of the Contracts Manager Commercial Flooring will involve:
Contracts Manager position managing various commercial flooring projects
Manage commercial flooring projects from tender through to completion, delivering on time, within scope, and to specification.
Carry out site surveys, prepare accurate quotations, and oversee tender submissions.
Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality installations and compliance with H&S standards.
Build strong client and supplier relationships while managing budgets and project profitability.
Provide progress reports, forecasts, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Managing projects ranging in value up to circa £1m
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager Commercial Flooring with:
Must have Contract Management / Project Management experience within the flooring market sector
Ideally have knowledge various flooring systems such as: vinyl, safety vinyl, sheet vinyl, commercial carpets, carpet tiles, rubber flooring, vinyl flooring, LVT
Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
Must be a resilient individual who is able to manage site installers
Professionalandhighly organised
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Full UK driving license
