Tradesperson (Plumber) - SalfordThe University of Salford is looking to appoint a skilled and reliable Plumber to join its in-house Estates Maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a large, diverse university estate, helping to keep buildings safe, compliant and fully operational for staff, students and visitors. Estates & Facilities provides a comprehensive service across the University, covering maintenance, compliance, capital projects, cleaning, security and caretaking. The maintenance team plays a critical role in ensuring the campus is safe, welcoming and fully functional every day.The RoleAs a qualified plumbing and heating professional with a strong practical background and a positive, customer-focused approach, you will carry out a wide range of planned preventative and reactive plumbing and heating works across the university estate, including teaching, research, residential and specialist facilities.. The role is varied, covering everything from routine inspections to fault finding and minor installation projects.
