Our professional client is seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Manager in overseeing matters of accounting and finance within a small and busy team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in posting sales, purchase and cash transactions
* Assisting with the maintenance of purchase ledger
* Processing monthly payroll payments
* Assisting with preparation of audit materials, and interacting with internal and external auditors
* Preparing quarterly VAT return
* Reviewing year-end accounts
* Invoicing
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* At least 3 years of relevant finance experience
* Experience using Microsoft Excel
* Experience using Sage advantageous
