Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamicLettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for property. This role involves facilitating the rental of residential properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the letting process while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Duties
* Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants.
* Negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring a fair and satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends, pricing, and available properties.
* Prepare marketing materials for properties, including photographs, descriptions, and online listings.
* Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, conducting background checks, and maintaining accurate records.
* Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide updates and address any queries.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales or lettings within the property sector is desirable but not essential.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally.
* Multilingual capabilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about the property market.
